Amelia is an actor, comedian and creator who is a passionate advocate for mental health and inclusion, particularly within the LGBTQIA community. With a career that spans public speaking and performance, Amelia brings a warm, engaging approach to communication.  Their diverse experience makes them invaluable in fostering open dialogue and enhancing wellbeing in professional environments.

Andrew is a highly experienced Actor Facilitator, Lead Actor Facilitator and Project Manager with a robust background in delivering and coordinating a wide range of experiential learning experiences, from soft skills to technical subjects. His expertise in the theatre and television industries enriches his approach to discursive and drama-based learning, ensuring that participants are both engaged and empowered in their development journey.

Brad brings over two decades of experience in learning and development to his role as a qualified developmental and executive coach. With a Master’s in Coaching & Mentoring Practice, he specialises in leadership, change, communication, and interpersonal dynamics. Brad is also a member of the ICF and consummate Lead Actor Facilitator.

Adam’s multifaceted career as an actor, writer, and Actor Facilitator, combined with his qualification as a Level 3 Forest School practitioner, illustrates his dedication to fostering creativity and mindfulness. His unique approach to experiential learning encourages participants to connect with their environment and each other, promoting both personal and professional development through interactive and innovative methods.

For two decades, Julia has been applying her skills as a professional actor to her role as an Actor Facilitator, specialising in forum theatre and insightful feedback. Julia brings credibility and authenticity to the participant’s learning experience and is proficient at delivering insightful and developmental feedback. Her expertise in communication and leadership, coupled with her adaptability to current business needs, makes her a valuable partner in creating impactful and memorable learning experiences.

Rodrigo’s unique blend as an experienced Actor Facilitator, coach and his successful acting career allows him to deliver dynamic and engaging learning programs. His energetic and personable approach helps participants to explore new tools and rethink their impact, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. Fluent in French, Spanish, and English, he offers a versatile and energetic approach to drama-based learning, ensuring a lasting impact for participants.

Evie, originally from the Isle of Man, has brought her talents to over 50 BBC radio dramas and numerous experiential learning programmes.  An agile and experienced Actor Facilitator, Evie has delivered experiential learning programmes to a diverse range of clients including the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, and many private sector companies.  Combined with her strong acting skills, her work is typified by credible and impactful feedback to participants, enhancing their learning experience and fostering tangible behavioural change.

Since 2003, Hari has been leveraging drama as a powerful tool for learning and development across both private and public sectors. His experience spans diversity, communication, performance review and leadership development, with a focus on fostering inclusion and understanding. Hari’s collaborative approach creates an environment where participants can explore and refine their behaviours to drive meaningful change and he is expert at delivering practical feedback in group or individual settings. 

Syrus, a RADA graduate, has been a dedicated Actor Facilitator for over seven years . His highly adaptable approach means he has expertise in both improvised and scenario-based learning. Pavan Singh is a skilled Actor Facilitator with over 2 decades of experience in theatre and film in Singapore. His dynamic approach combines acting techniques with facilitation, enabling participants to explore and enhance their communication and performance skills. Pavan has worked with a diverse range of clients, including HSBC, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, where he applies his expertise to foster personal and professional development.

Kate is an ICF-accredited Executive Coach and holds a wealth of expertise in psychometrics, NLP, and Personal Values, which she particularly enjoys bringing into her coaching practice. With a Level 5 Coaching Diploma, she specialises in delivering impactful presentation skills and personal development sessions, drawing from her work with prestigious organisations like the Royal Shakespeare Company and BBC. Rina’s approach is highly collaborative and she empowers participants to enhance their communication skills and professional presence. 

Rebecca is an experienced Actor Facilitator who has been specialising in corporate learning since 2009, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, ethical awareness, recruitment and leadership development. Samantha is an Executive Coach with over 10 years experience in delivering courses,  facilitating group learning and is an experienced Lead Actor Facilitator. Her coaching style focuses on identifying and overcoming blocks to change and using intermediate experiences as opportunities for exploration and growth.  Through robust feedback and fostering a development-oriented environment, she encourages clients to set actionable goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them.

Louise Mai is a Cambridge graduate and Actor Facilitator who excels at bringing business scenarios to life in a realistic and compelling way, whether scripted or improvised. Her expertise in leadership development, diversity, and communication, coupled with her background in project management, makes her a versatile and effective facilitator. Natasha, a London Drama Centre graduate, specialises in experiential learning in areas including communication, leadership, and inclusion.
